National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has alleged that he polled 54 per cent of the total votes cast in the January 14 election.
Bobi Wine lost to incumbent President Yoweri Kaguta Tibuhaburwa Museveni, according to official results.
The Electoral Commission (EC) declared Museveni winner of the poll.
Museveni, of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) polled 58 per cent while Bobi Wine managed 35 per cent.
The singer-turned-politician won majority of the votes in his home Buganda subregion.
Now, despite admitting he is not in possession of all the declaration of results (DR) forms, Bobi Wine says he won the vote.
“Our computation from the DR forms shows that we won with 54.19%, despite the massive ballot stuffing which Gen. Museveni engaged in,” claimed Bobi Wine.
He added he would soon publish the results on his party’s website.
