Jose Chameleone, real name Joseph Mayanja, was rushed to Nakasero Hospital in the Ugandan capital Kampala on December 12, 2024. He has been admitted at the private health facility since then. A visit to today gave Ugandans an idea on Jose Chameleone current health condition.
An update, last week, by fellow singer Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine (the National Unity Platform – NUP – leader) did not say much about Jose Chameleone health condition apart from saying that he had been sedated and would not be able to see those checking on him.
But today, socialite Juliet Zawedde checked on Jose Chameleone. He was seen being fed by Juliet Zawedde. His mother was by his side.
Juliet Zawedde’s visit, besides showing how he cares for Jose Chameleone, also served to clear the air on baseless rumors that had claimed that the singer had reportedly faked sickness to evade arrest for allegedly defaulting on Zawedde’s money.
Generally writing, seeing the man who was wheeled onto his hospital bed now sitting up for a few minutes and to be able to take in something, it looks like improvement on the health condition of Jose Chameleone.
